If I needed to bring in $ quick...

Hey Reader,

Last week during one of our group coaching calls for the Real Women Real Business Mastery Program, the conversation took an interesting turn. We were talking about looking ahead at the next few months, and several members shared the same stress: they could see gaps in their pipeline and had bills coming up that were making them nervous.

It wasn't just one person - it was that familiar feeling of needing to boost cash flow quickly while also wanting to build something more sustainable long-term. Sound familiar?

Here's what I told them (and what I'd do myself if I woke up tomorrow needing revenue fast):

Direct outreach to your warm and hot leads.
Not cold pitching on social media. Not launching a new program. Direct, personal outreach to people who already know, like, and trust you with an established product or service (not creating a new shiny thing that you think might sell).

Here's your hit list:

  • Past clients - Check your CRM for people you haven't spoken to in 6+ months
  • Instagram conversations - Scroll through DMs for meaningful exchanges that fizzled out
  • LinkedIn connections - People you met at events or through mutual contacts but never followed up with
  • Email subscribers who've engaged but never purchased

The key? Start with connection, not sales.

Pushy sales message: "Hey! I have this program that could really help you grow your business. Want to hop on a call?"

Connection message: "I was just thinking about that challenge you mentioned with finding reliable team members - how's that going for you? I remember you were feeling pretty overwhelmed with trying to do everything yourself."

Listen to their response. Ask follow-up questions. THEN offer a solution they can invest in immediately.

In my experience,
you could have responses in as little as 24-48 hours, and conversations booked by the end of the week.

There is a downside though - this is a short-term revenue boost, not a long-term growth strategy. For sustainable growth, you need consistent systems. Like building strategic partnerships with people who are well-saturated with your ideal clients. Think a business coach whose entire client base is interior designers, not a general networking group where maybe 1 out of 1,000 people in their circle might be your client.

Or optimizing your Google reviews and SEO so ideal clients find you instead of you always having to find them.

The businesses that thrive long-term have both: the ability to generate quick revenue when needed AND the systems that create consistent, predictable growth. Because even when you've built a consistent revenue stream, we all have "off" months where we need to get a little creative.

If you're feeling that familiar stress about your pipeline, let's talk. I can help you identify quick actions for immediate cash flow AND map out the sustainable strategy that prevents you from being in this position again.

Book a call with me here - we'll explore both your short-term needs and long-term opportunities to work together.
